Child hit near Morganton Road in Fayetteville

A child was hit by a vehicle around 9:15 p.m. Friday night in Fayetteville. 

The crash occured on Morganton Road at Murry Fork Road, near the Scotchman convienence store. 

WRAL is working to learn the condition of the child's injuries and if there are any charges pending for the driver.
