Raleigh police: Man seriously injured in stabbing on Merriweather Circle

A man is in the hospital Sunday night after he was stabbed in Raleigh.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, a man was stabbed around 9:15 p.m. on Merriweather Circle. The man is in the hospital with serious injuries.

Police told WRAL News that a suspect is in custody and their is no threat to the community, adding that they could not release the name of the suspect at this time.
